Your cat must be safely placed under general anesthesia for a proper dental evaluation and care.  This will allow us to examine the mouth thoroughly and notating any abnormalities for your cat’s medical record.  Once noted, tooth scaling by hand and ultrasonic will be performed to remove tartar above and below the gum line.  The teeth are then polished and sealed to decrease the rate of plaque build-up and accumulation.
